Customer Satisfaction Surveys

The results are in! For FY16, the Procurement Team achieved an overall 94% customer satisfaction rating, with 100% in timeliness, accuracy, communication, helpfulness, and expected cost. Thank you to all who completed the survey.

We are one of eleven public higher ed institutions, along with the Virginia Community College System, that work cooperatively to provide purchases efficiently, and at the best value for the institution.
