Performance Management

Managing performance is a continuous process of timely and effective communication between managers, supervisors and employees. The goals of the performance management process are to help the individual employee be successful in their work assignment and to facilitate the organization’s accomplishment of its goals.

Please note the dates for A/P Faculty and Classified Performance Reviews:

A/P Faculty – June 25 to June 24 of each year
Classified – January 1 to December 31 of each year
