Charles Coleman was a University employee of 29 years; he demonstrated pride, dedication, and loyalty throughout his many years of service. This award was established in honor of his dedication and exemplary service.
Eligibility:
All classified and hourly employees with at least 5 years of continuous employment are eligible for the award.
Nomination Criteria:
Those who are nominated must:
- Demonstrate immense loyalty and dedication to the University;
- Display care and concern for others; and
- Always maintain a positive “can do” attitude regarding assigned duties and responsibilities.
Recognition:
Personalized plaque and a cash award
Selection Process:
Employees should complete the nomination form below. Finalists will then be reviewed and selected by a committee consisting of Coleman award winners from the previous three years.
