About the Class:

This workshop lasts 75 minutes.

Intended for users with basic PowerPoint skills who want to learn how to design more visually appealing presentations, this short workshop will teach participants how to create customized backgrounds, impressive graphics and diagrams, and eye-catching WordArt. Participants will also learn how to apply custom animations to their graphics.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Customize a theme
  • Create customized backgrounds
  • Link and embed tables and charts
  • Add hyperlinks and section breaks
  • Insert and modify WordArt and SmartArt graphics
  • Apply animation to graphics

What You Need to Know:

  • Create and deliver a basic presentation
  • Insert clip art and pictures into slides
  • Apply simple layouts and transition effects
  • Save and print a presentation
